Welcast Steels Limited's Board has announced a key leadership change.

Mohana Rao stepped down as Chief Executive Officer due to health reasons, effective July 31, 2025. The Board has appointed Mr. Gangadurai M. as the new Chief Executive Officer, effective August 6, 2025. Mr. Gangadurai brings extensive experience, with around 48 years in the Foundry sector, holding a B.E. in Metallurgy and an MBA.

He previously served as General Manager-Operation at AIA Engineering Ltd., the company's Holding Company.

This change is crucial for the company's operational continuity and strategic direction.
