Shreekrishna Papermills & Industries has announced the resignation of Mrs. Yukti Gulati Chanana from her position as an Independent Director due to pre-occupation and personal commitments.

She confirmed there are no other material reasons for her departure.

Following this, the Nomination & Remuneration Committee has been reconstituted.
