HB Leasing and Finance Co. Ltd. has announced its 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will be held virtually via Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means on Saturday, September 06, 2025. The company has sent the AGM Notice and Annual Report for FY 2024-25 electronically to eligible shareholders.

Shareholders can participate and vote electronically.

Remote e-voting will be available from September 03, 2025, to September 05, 2025. The cut-off date to determine voting eligibility is August 29, 2025. This virtual meeting ensures broad participation while maintaining compliance.
