ABM Knowledgeware has announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually, where shareholders can attend and vote via e-voting.

The company's share register will be closed for a specified period for the AGM.

The Board put forward a final dividend of Rs 1.25 per Equity Share for the financial year.

The AGM will also seek approval for the appointment of a Secretarial Auditor for five years and the re-appointment of an Independent Director for a second five-year term.

Additionally, there's a proposed revision to the Managing Director's remuneration effective date.
