Shareholders can attend virtually and discuss ordinary and special business.

The company offers e-voting through CDSL for resolutions.

Remote e-voting will be open from a Tuesday morning to a Thursday evening.

Only shareholders holding shares as of a specified cut-off date are eligible to vote.

Results will be announced after the AGM.
