GDL Leasing & Finance Ltd. has appointed M/s Jain Akshay & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as its new Statutory Auditors.

This appointment fills a casual vacancy created by the resignation of the previous auditors, M/s O. Aggarwal & Co. The Board of Directors approved this change, acting on the Audit Committee's input.

The new auditors are initially appointed to fill the vacancy and are also proposed for a five-year term, both pending shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
