V R Woodart has announced a change in its Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Anwar Shaikh has stepped down from the role.

The company's Board has appointed Mr. Sudesh Pingale as the new Chief Financial Officer, following a review by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee.

Mr. Pingale brings over two decades of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and strategic decision-making, with a background spanning diverse sectors including textile manufacturing, healthcare, and media production.

This transition ensures continuity in a pivotal leadership position for the company.
