Ambar Protein Industries has announced a board meeting approval for key governance changes.

The company appointed three new Independent Directors: Mr. Gangaram Bhanjibhai Patel, a Chartered Accountant; Mr. Yogen Pranjivandas Patel, an expert in planning and public policy; and Mr. Narottam Chaturdas Tanna, with extensive experience in the edible oil business.

These appointments, which bring diverse expertise to the board, are subject to shareholder approval.

Additionally, the Board reconstituted its Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Stakeholders Relationship Committees, integrating the new directors to enhance the company's governance framework.
