Company Update

Precision Electronics' board meeting saw the approval of financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company re-appointed Ms. Preeti Grover as Independent Director for a second five-year term, pending shareholder approval.

Mr. Punit Amarpalsingh Bajaj was appointed as Company Secretary, and M/s. Yogesh Saluja & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years, also subject to shareholder nod.

The 46th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 22, 2025. Significantly, the company secured new Aerospace & Defence orders, growing its order book to Rs. 56 Cr as of August 1, 2025, for execution this financial year.
