Morepen Labs has announced a board meeting on August 6, 2025. The company reported consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025: total income Rs. 429.65 Cr, net profit Rs. 11.41 Cr.

The board set August 30, 2025, as record date for the FY25 final dividend, pending shareholder consent.

They also extended time to transfer the Medical Devices Business to Morepen Medipath.

Significantly, post-quarter, Morepen's stake in Dr. Morepen Limited decreased from 80% to 19.94%, reclassifying it.

Mr. Sanjay Suri's re-appointment as Whole-Time Director for three years was also approved, pending the 40th AGM on September 6, 2025.
