Company Update

The company's board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Following the Nomination & Remuneration Committee's review, Ms. Jyoti Darade has been appointed as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective August 7, 2025. This follows the resignation of Ms. Anushree Tekriwal from the same role.

Additionally, as noted by the Audit Committee, M/s. D Kothary & Co. has resigned as the company's Statutory Auditor.
