Further, member of the company holding shares of the company in physical or dematerialized form as on Friday, 29th August, 2025 (cut-off date for eligibility to vote) shall be entitled to vote by electronic means.
Furthermore, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 30-08-2025 to 05- 09-2025 (both days inclusive).
