GLOBE's Board has approved a significant name change from "Globe Textile (India) Limited" to "Globe Enterprises (India) Limited" or "Globe Industries (India) Limited," pending necessary approvals.

The company also welcomed Mr. Bharat Mulchandbhai Bhavsar as a new Additional Independent Director, adding 49 years of textile industry experience.

Routine appointments of Internal and Cost Auditors for FY 2025-26 were also made.
