Shareholders can access the Annual Report for FY 2024-25 on the company and exchange websites.

The company is providing remote e-voting facilities for all resolutions from August 29 to August 31, 2025. Members on record as of August 25, 2025, are eligible to vote electronically.

Those who vote remotely can still attend the virtual AGM but cannot re-vote.
