Anupam Finserv's board has approved key management changes.

Mrs. Nirmala Gala has stepped down as Managing Director but will continue as an Executive Director.

Mr. Siddharth Gala, currently Executive Director and CEO, has been appointed as the new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer for five years, pending shareholder approval.

He will not receive additional remuneration for this role, maintaining his current CEO compensation of 0.24 Cr annually.

Mr. Gala brings over five years of experience in data analytics, risk management, and strategic planning.

He is the son of Mr. Pravin Gala, Whole-time Director & CFO, and Mrs. Nirmala Gala.
