Birlasoft has streamlined its corporate communication protocols.

The Board has authorized key officials to determine materiality of events: Chairman Amita Birla, CEO Angan Guha, and CFO Chandrasekar Thyagarajan.

Additionally, CFO Thyagarajan, Company Secretary Sneha Padve, and Head of Investor Relations Abhinandan Singh are now authorized to make disclosures to stock exchanges.
