Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning India's public shareholders have a mandatory open offer from Robert Bosch GmbH and Bosch Global Software Technologies.

They aim to acquire up to 70.00 lakh shares (25.75%) at ₹1,762.54 per share.

This follows Bosch's indirect acquisition of 74.25% of the company by purchasing JCH for US$ 337.5 Cr.

The total offer size is ₹1,233.84 crore, fully backed by firm financial arrangements.

Bosch plans to support the company's growth in the HVAC sector.

All key approvals are secured, and there's no intention to delist the company.
