Talbros Engineering Limited's Board has announced that it approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The Board set September 23, 2025, as the record date for dividend and e-voting purposes, with the 39th Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 30, 2025. Significant leadership changes include the appointment of Mr. Sumit Kumar Sachdeva as a Non-Executive Independent Director from April 1, 2026, and the re-appointment of Mr. Vijay Kumar Sharma as Whole-time Director from October 1, 2025, both pending shareholder approval.

Ms. Kajal Gupta was also appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer from September 1, 2025.
