Nettlinx Limited's Board has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Jeeten Anil Desai as an Independent Director for a second five-year term.

This decision, following review by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, is subject to shareholder approval.

Mr. Desai, a management certificate holder and Electronics Engineer with extensive telecom experience in India, Belgium, and New Zealand, is currently a partner with the Angaros Group.

His re-appointment ensures continued experienced oversight, strengthening the company's governance framework for investors.

He holds no company shares and is not related to any directors or promoters.
