Suryo Foods' Board of Directors recently met and proposes significant changes to its leadership.

The Board seeks shareholder approval for the re-appointment of Mr. Ajay Kumar Dash as a Director.

Concurrently, it plans to re-appoint Mr. Amarendra Dash as Managing Director for a further five-year term; he is a celebrated veteran of the seafood industry.

The Board also proposes appointing Mr. Sandeep Kumar Hota as an Independent Director, bringing over two decades of global business and technology consulting experience.
