Adani Infra (India) Ltd has acquired an additional 91,53,779 equity shares (23.09% stake) of PSP Projects from existing promoter Mr. Prahaladbhai S. Patel.

This transaction, completed on August 4th and 5th, 2025, boosts Adani Infra's total holding to 34.41% and makes them a new co-promoter, establishing joint control of PSP Projects.
