DMCC has set Friday, August 22, 2025, as the record date for its proposed dividend of Rs 2.5 per share.

Shareholders holding DMCC shares on this date will be eligible for the dividend, subject to approval at the AGM on September 10, 2025. Payment will follow within 30 days of approval.
