Axis Solutions' Board has approved its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue was ₹2.16 Cr, with a profit of ₹0.17 Cr.

Standalone revenue stood at ₹2.13 Cr and profit at ₹0.22 Cr.

The company also announced a change in its registered office.

Additionally, Axis Solutions plans to acquire 100% equity in Axis Solutions FZE, UAE, a trading firm in industrial and oilfield equipment, for ₹0.3 Cr to ₹1.0 Cr.

This strategic acquisition aims to expand the company's international presence and enhance its global operations and customer base.
