Indigo Paints' board has announced its 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held via Video Conferencing.

The company has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 3.50 per share for the Financial Year 2024-25. The record date for determining shareholder eligibility for both voting at the AGM and receiving the dividend has been set as August 22. If approved at the AGM, the dividend payment will be processed within 30 days.
