Jattashankar Industries' board has approved significant leadership changes.

Mr. Keval Jayanti Khudai is appointed Managing Director and Chairman for three years, holding 0.70 Cr shares.

Mr. Nileshbhai Bhagvanji Bapodara joins as Whole-Time Director for three years, with 0.72 Cr shares.

Two new independent directors, Mr. Harsh Pankajkumar Nayak and Mr. Siddharth Parshottam Gajra, are also appointed for five-year terms.

These appointments follow the resignations of the previous Managing Director and Chairman, an Executive Director, two Independent Directors, and the Chief Financial Officer.

The board has also reconstituted its Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, and Stakeholder Relationship committees.
