The company has sent letters to those without registered emails, including a web-link to the Annual Report for Financial Year 2024-25 and the notice for the 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is scheduled for August 30, 2025, at 2:00 PM (IST) via video conferencing.

Shareholders holding physical shares are strongly encouraged to update their KYC details, including PAN, address, and bank information.

This is important because payments for un-updated physical folios will only be processed electronically from April 1, 2024. All relevant information is also available on the company's website.
