Panorama Studios International's Board has approved the standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. They also appointed M/s. Nitesh Chaudhary & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term, pending shareholder approval.

The company activated new official email (info@panoramastudios.in) and website (www.panoramastudios.in) for all communications, improving stakeholder engagement.

Additionally, an Executive Director was authorized to sign the financial results for the quarter.
