Rama Petrochemicals' shareholders, at the 39th Annual General Meeting, have approved key re-appointments and appointments.

Mr. Shirish V. Karia has been re-appointed as a Director.

M/s. Khandelwal & Mehta LLP will continue as Statutory Auditors for a second five-year term.

Mr. Pankaj Kumar Banerjee has also been re-appointed as an Independent Director for another five-year term.

Additionally, M/s. Ashok Patel & Associates has been appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for five financial years, from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30. These approvals ensure continuity and oversight in the company's governance and auditing functions.
