Company Update

Mitsu Chem Plast announced its board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported a revenue from operations of Rs 85.28 Cr and a Profit After Tax of Rs 1.31 Cr, with Basic Earnings Per Share at Rs 0.97. The board also approved the appointment of Ms. Gargi Sawant as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, a Key Managerial Personnel.

Additionally, the 37th Annual General Meeting will be convened on September 4, 2025, via video conferencing.
