Furthermore, we also like to bring to your kind attention that the Board of Directors has already approved the conversion of 46,00,000 Warrants into 46,00,000 Equity Shares belonging to Non Promoter Category, in Tranches.

As on date, the details of Warrants are as follows: Details Non-Promoter Warrants allotted on February 07, 2024 2,06,00,000 Warrants converted, in Tranches February 08, 2024 46,00,000 Warrants lapse on August 07, 2025 1,36,00,000 As per the Regulation 169(3) of Part VI of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosures Requirement)Regulations, 2018 the upfront amount of 25% of the issue price paid by the allottees w.r.t.

1,36,00,000 Warrants have been forfeited by the company due to non-exercise of Warrants within the Warrant Exercise Period.
