The company's Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 1 to September 2, 2025, for this purpose.

Shareholders can participate and vote electronically.

Remote e-voting commences on August 29, 2025, at 9:00 AM IST and concludes on September 1, 2025, at 5:00 PM IST.

The cut-off date for e-voting is August 26, 2025. This allows shareholders to engage with the company's annual proceedings.
