Ms. Priyal Dangi is the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.

Mrs. Jyoti Shastri has been re-appointed as an Independent Director for a second five-year term, pending shareholder approval.

Additionally, M/s. Chandabhoy & Jassoobhoy were appointed as Internal Auditors for FY 2025-26, and M/S. A G Shah & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years, also subject to shareholder approval.
