The said resignation is due to personal reason.

The Company has accepted his resignation and relieved him from responsibilities with effect from close of business hours on August 07, 2025. Brief details required to be furnished pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A(7C) of Part A of Schedule Il of Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11t November 2024, is attached as per Annexure A.
