Sharp India Limited's Board has re-appointed Mr. Abhijeet Bhagwat as an Independent Director for a second five-year term, effective October 2, 2025. Mr. Bhagwat, a Chartered Accountant and managing partner at P G BHAGWAT LLP, brings extensive experience in corporate assurance and financial reporting, enhancing the company's governance and financial oversight.

Additionally, the Board approved the appointment of M/s SVD & Associates, Company Secretaries, as the Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term.
