AMS Polymers has announced the resignation of its statutory auditors, KVA & Company.

The auditors cited the expiry of their Peer Review Certificate as the reason, which is essential for auditing listed entities.

They noted their certificate renewal is currently under review.

To ensure the company's full compliance with applicable frameworks and avoid any non-compliance, they submitted their resignation with immediate effect.

This means AMS Polymers will now need to initiate the process of appointing a new eligible auditor.
