HB Stockholdings has announced its board meeting results.

The Board approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹10.10 Cr, and net profit of ₹7.46 Cr.

This reflects growth from ₹10.02 Cr revenue and ₹6.45 Cr profit in the prior year's same quarter.

Basic EPS for the quarter stands at ₹10.45. In operational changes, Ms. Pooja Jain, a Company Secretary with over 9 years of experience, was appointed as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer.

Mrs. Asha Mehra also completed her tenure as Independent Director, and several Board committees were reconstituted.
