Zenlabs Ethica's Board has approved new policies to enhance corporate governance and transparency.

This includes a Code of Fair Disclosure for unpublished price-sensitive information (UPSI) and a Code of Conduct for regulating insider trading.

These policies aim to ensure timely and fair disclosure of UPSI, prevent its misuse, and monitor trading by insiders and their relatives.

Key measures involve maintaining a digital database of UPSI and requiring pre-clearance for trades exceeding ₹1 crore.

These steps strengthen compliance and protect shareholder interests by reducing information asymmetry.
