MKP Mobility Limited has announced the appointment of Mrs. Rajita Rupesh Gupta as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director.

The Board of Directors approved this appointment for a first term of five consecutive years, following a review by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Mrs. Gupta brings over 25 years of professional experience, including leadership roles in manufacturing instrumentation, mechatronics for construction equipment, and cranes for offshore platforms.

Her addition strengthens the board's independence and diverse expertise, benefiting shareholders.

She is not related to any existing director.
