Company Update

Cella Space's board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Shareholders should note the resignation of Mr. Vinod Kumar M as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective immediately due to personal reasons.

Additionally, the 34th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 16, 2025, and will be held virtually.

The board also approved the AGM Notice and Board's Report for the financial year 2024-25, setting the stage for upcoming shareholder engagement.
