Company Update

Swagtam Trading & Services Limited's Board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, along with the audited annual accounts for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The Board has also put forth several key proposals for shareholder approval at the upcoming 40th Annual General Meeting, which will be held electronically.

These proposals include a significant change to the company's name and the authorization to make loans, guarantees, or investments exceeding standard limits.

The re-appointment of a Director and Statutory Auditors will also be considered at the meeting.
