EMA India Limited has completed the sale of its industrial property, including the building, located at Panki Industrial Area, Udyog Nagar, Kanpur.

The company secured a No Objection Certificate from the Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Authority (UPSIDA) for this transaction.

Following the receipt of full payment, the company executed the Deed of Surrender of Lease and the Sale Agreement for the property with Mr. Puneet Rajendra Gupta.

This divestment finalizes the sale of a key asset, marking a significant operational update for the company.
