SGL Resources Limited has announced a rescheduled board meeting to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The initial meeting was postponed due to unavoidable circumstances.

This board meeting will now be held.

Additionally, the company's trading window remains closed and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025.
