Sharika Enterprises Limited has announced a board meeting where key appointments were approved.

Dr. Vijay Pande, an expert in power systems, deep learning, and blockchain, was appointed as an Additional Director, strengthening the board's technical expertise.

The company also appointed M/s. Santosh K Jha & Co. as Internal Auditors for FY2025-26 and M/s. Jaivindra Singh & Associate as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term.
