Rajesh Power Services will hold its 16th Annual General Meeting via Video Conferencing on September 4, 2025. Shareholders can e-vote from September 1 to September 3, 2025. Key agenda items include adopting the financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025, and approving a final dividend of ₹1 per equity share.
