Sharp India has reported its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30. The company posted a net loss of Rs 5.17 Cr with total income of Rs 1.25 Lakh.

Operations for LED TVs ceased in April 2015 and Air Conditioners in June 2015 due to a lack of orders.

It has ceased production and revenue operations since FY2016, leading to accumulated losses of Rs 171.75 Cr as of June 30. Despite this, management maintains a going concern assumption, citing financial and operational support from the holding company.
