Singer India Limited has released its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported total income from operations of ₹93.44 Cr.

It posted a net loss after tax of ₹2.36 Cr, compared to a net profit of ₹0.56 Cr in the same quarter last year.

Total comprehensive loss for the period was ₹2.37 Cr.

These unaudited results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors.

The Statutory Auditors have issued a limited review report with an unmodified opinion.
