This includes adopting the audited financial statements for FY25 and re-appointing directors, ensuring leadership continuity.

Shareholders also approved related party transactions, including leasing properties to Chowgule Lavgan Shiprepair and Angre Port.

Critically, a significant approval was granted for a loan, inter-corporate deposit, or investment of up to 10 Cr to Angre Port Private Limited, indicating potential strategic financial moves.

The appointment of secretarial auditors for five years was also approved, strengthening compliance.
