Chowgule Steamships has updated its board composition.

Mr. Ramesh Chowgule has been re-appointed as a Non-Executive Director.

Prof (Dr.) Rohini Chowgule will continue as a Non-Executive Director.

Additionally, Mr. Amit Khandelwal, a Chartered Accountant with over three decades in banking, has been appointed as an Independent Director for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval.

The company also appointed M/s. Pranay D. Vaidya and Co. as its Secretarial Auditors for five years.

These changes aim to strengthen governance and compliance, adding diverse expertise to the board and ensuring ongoing oversight.
