APEX Capital and Finance has announced a board meeting on Wednesday, August 13, to consider and approve the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. This meeting, originally set for 12:45 P.M., will now commence at 02:30 P.M. due to unavoidable circumstances.

Investors should note the trading window for company shares remains closed for designated persons and their relatives from July 1, 2025, and will continue until 48 hours after the results are declared.
