Company Update

Everlon Financials' board has approved the financial results for the quarter and three months ended June 30, 2025. Key re-appointments were also approved, including Mr. Jitendra K. Vakharia as Managing Director for three years and Mr. Kiron Basty Shenoy as Independent Director for a second five-year term.

Both re-appointments are subject to shareholder approval.

The board also re-appointed M/s. Sindhu Nair & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five fiscal years.

Additionally, the company plans to hold its 36th Annual General Meeting virtually, with a book closure period for this purpose.
